Mr. Martin is of counsel to the law firm Sidley Austin LLP having served as a Partner from 1975 to 2004 and as Chairman of the Management Committee from 1989 until 1999. Mr. Martin has served as President of The Commercial Club of Chicago and President of its Civic Committee since 1999.
