Ed is a partner in the firm’s corporate practice area and focuses on venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation, reorganizations and recapitalizations, corporate and partnership taxation, shareholder disputes and general counsel matters. Ed has also served as an arbitrator in commercial disputes.
