Yap Yuh Foh, Eddie was appointed as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 14 June 2004.Mr Yap is currently the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of OSK Ventures International Berhad and is responsible for managing venture capital and private equity investment covering a spectrum of high technology and high growth companies. Eddie is also a committee member of the Malaysian Venture Capital Association.He has graduated with Distinction with double majors in Accountancy and Economics & Finance from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University. He is also a Certified Practising Accountant with the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants and a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. |
