Ed Nadworny is president of the Managed Services group, a SunGard Higher Education line of business that provides colleges and universities with comprehensive technology management and strategic consulting services to help them align IT with their institutional mission. Mr. Nadworny’s primary responsibility is to grow Managed Services by providing our customers with the broadest range of options possible for managing their complex technology resources. Mr. Nadworny brings a unique combination of higher education and technology experience to SunGard Higher Education. Most recently, Mr. Nadworny worked for CGI, a $3.1 billion outsourcing, IT management, and professional services company with over 25,000 employees. As president of the multi-million dollar CGI federal division, with over 1,100 employees, Mr. Nadworny’s focus was on providing a wide range of professional IT consulting services to over 35 federal agencies, successfully delivering managed services, system integration services, and application development and maintenance services. Before CGI, Mr. Nadworny worked for Coopers & Lybrand for eight years and gained valuable experience in higher education as well as in human resources, professional services, and product development and maintenance.
