Mr. Meskill is the founder and former Publisher of "Mobile Enterprise" magazine, the leading magazine and online site for mobile and wireless industry news and analysis. Mr. Meskill ran the magazine and led it through a period of substantial growth before overseeing the sale of the company to Edgell Communications in 2005. Ed is also the founder of Virtual Marketing Partners, a web-based rich-media advertising platform that allows companies to market and track marketing collateral and communications.
In almost 15 years in the mobility and trade publishing space, he has launched several successful industry magazines, including "Wireless for the Corporate User" magazine and "Field Force Automation," both of which were successful in the then-emerging wireless sector. Ed also pioneered key trade shows in the mobile and wireless space and formed a joint venture with the CTIA Wireless Association to launch the "Mobile Solutions" show guide for the annual CTIA IT & Entertainment trade show.
Mr. Meskill sits on the advisory board of several leading mobile and wireless companies. He is a frequent speaker at leading industry events, and has been an awards presenter for the CDMA America's conference and the WBR Field Service show. He is also launching the new Mobile Enterprise Executive Summit in 2006. |
