Mr. Tyler has been a director of the Company since March 2000 and is a member of First Industrial Realty Trust’s Compensation and Nominating/Corporate Governance committees. From 1998 to 2000 Mr. Tyler served as Chief Executive Officer and a director of Moore Corporation Limited a provider of data capture information design marketing services digital communications and print solutions. Prior to joining Moore Corporation Mr. Tyler served in various capacities at R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer from 1997 to 1998 and as Executive Vice President and Sector President of Donnelley’s Networked Services Sector from 1995 to 1997. |
