Edward A. Brock Senior Vice President/York County Market Executive
Ed Brock joined Provident Community Bank as Vice President and Senior Commercial Relationship Manager on November 4, 2002. He was promoted to Senior Vice President and York County Market Executive in May 2003.
Mr. Brock began his financial career in 1985 when he joined North Carolina Federal S&L in Charlotte, NC as Assistant Vice President/Retail Branch Manager. In 1988, he joined Branch Banking & Trust Company, in Rock Hill, SC, as Assistant Vice President and Business Services Officer. Mr. Brock joined Rock Hill National Bank (now known as Bank of America) in 1993, as Vice President and Commercial Lending Officer. In 2001, he served as Vice President and Commercial Lending Officer of First Citizens, in Rock Hill, SC.
Mr. Brock received a Bachelor of Science in Administrative Management from Clemson University, Clemson, SC.
Mr. Brock currently serves on the board of directors of Pilgrims’ Inn. He serves on the board of governors of the Rock Hill Come See Me Festival and serves on the development committee of the Cultural & Heritage Commission.
