Mergers & Acquisitions
Krisstina L. Ebner is a member of the Corporate practice group in the Milwaukee office. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Krisstina received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree summa cum laude in Finance with a Global Business minor, as well as her Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude in Spanish, from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She earned her law degree magna cum laude from Marquette University Law School, where she served as a Note & Comment Editor of the Marquette Law Review, Student Editor of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel Quarterly, President of the Business Law Society, and as a teaching assistant for the Legal Writing and Research program. Krisstina has been a multiple recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award and was named to the Dean's List. While in law school, Krisstina clerked at the United States Court of Appeals Seventh Circuit for Judge Diane S. Sykes and worked for Direct Supply, Inc. as a legal intern.She also served as a Note & Comment Editor of the Marquette Law Review, Student Editor of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel Quarterly, President of the Business Law Society, and as a teaching assistant for the Legal Writing and Research program.
