Educated and distinguished in his field, Earl A. Skarky is a shareholder and director the Firm’s Oklahoma City office. His primarily areas of practice are in public finance, real estate, securities, and corporate laws, and is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers. Mr. Skarky is listed in The Best Lawyers in America (Public Finance Law). Mr. Skarky received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma in 1966, where he graduated with distinction. He then pursued a Juris Doctorate at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he graduated in 1972. While studying the law at OU, Mr. Skarky was elected to several prestigious scholastic societies, including the Order of the Coif and Phi Delta Phi. Additionally, he was editor-in-chief of the Oklahoma Law Review. Mr. Skarky completed his impressive education by obtaining his Master of Laws at Harvard University Law School in 1973. |
