E.R. (Ted) Rutherglen - Vice President, Human Resources, Health and Safety
Ted Rutherglen joined Cumberland as Vice President, Human Resources, Health and Safety in November 2006. With over 20 years of senior management experience in human resources, in communities in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut, Mr. Rutherglen provides Cumberland with solid leadership in all areas of human resources, workplace health and safety and employee wellness.
Prior to joining Cumberland, Mr. Rutherglen was Human Resources Manager of Dacro Industries Inc. where he performed a full range of Human Resources and Safety services. Mr. Rutherglen’s prior positions include Manager, Human Resources for Echo Bay Mines Ltd./Kinross Gold Corporation (Lupin Operations), Miramar Mining Corporation and Con Mine Limited. |
