Mr. Decker 57 has been a director since January 2002 and our non-executive chairman of the board since June 2003. Mr. Decker has been chairman of the board of Conexant since December 1998 serving as the non-executive chairman of the board from February 2004 until November 2004 and again since July 2007. He served as the chief executive officer of Conexant from January 1999 to February 2004 and from November 2004 to July 2007. Mr. Decker is also the non-executive chairman of the board of Skyworks Solutions Inc. (semiconductors, wireless communications) and serves as a director of Newport Media Inc. (semiconductors broadcast media) BCD Semiconductor Manufacturing Limited (semiconductors analog) and Pacific Mutual Holding Company (life insurance products).
