Duckjun (D.J.) Lee has served as chief financial officer since July 2005. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Lee was an investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston, Seoul Branch, from August 2003 to July 2005, Citigroup from May 2000 to December 2002 and Schroders from March 1997 to April 2000. As an investment banker, Mr. Lee advised Korean and multinational companies on cross-border mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring and capital markets transactions across various industries, including technology, telecommunications, consumer, industrial and financial services. Mr. Lee received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Seoul National University and a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science. |
