M. Duane Elmquist, Senior Vice President for Telcordia Technologies. Mr. Elmquist is recognized for his expertise in software applications and network operations systems. While at Lucent Technologies as a Vice President in what was then the Software Solutions Business Unit, he led the development of that Company’s E-commerce and Security applications. As a Vice President at Bellcore (a predecessor of Telcordia), he led the team that developed the next generation of that Company’s Operations Support Systems used by telephone companies throughout the world. Mr. Elmquist was also a manager and researcher at Bell Telephone Laboratories. He earned his Professional Degree in Electrical Engineering at Columbia University, and a MS and BS in Electrical Engineering at North Dakota State University.
