Duane S. Carlson, is currently an independent management consultant and was, from 1990 to 1997, a founder, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, Treasurer and Director of Netstar, Inc., a computer networking equipment company (now part of Lucent Technologies). Prior to joining Netstar, Mr. Carlson was an independent management consultant from 1988 to 1990. Mr. Carlson was a founder, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Director, Secretary and Treasurer of Lee Data Corporation (now part of Oracle Corporation) from 1979 to 1988. From 1974 to 1979, Mr. Carlson was Vice President and Controller of Data 100 Corporation (now part of Nortel Networks). Prior to joining Data 100, Mr. Carlson held tax management positions with Graco, Inc. (1973 to 1974), NSP (1972 to 1973) and National Car Rental (1969 to 1972), and was a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte & Touche from 1960 to 1969. Mr. Carlson is a director of Appliance Recycling Centers, Inc. and Astrocom Corporation, both publicly-held companies, and of several privately-held companies.
Mr. Carlson has served as a member of the Board of Directors since 1996. |
