Mr. Nahumi was appointed Chief Strategy Officer in February 2006 after serving as the Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development since 2004. Mr. Nahumi brings many years of experience in business development, and telecommunications technology leadership in the US and Israel.
Before joining ECI, Mr. Nahumi was the CEO of Axonlink, an optical components start-up. Prior to Axonlink, Mr. Nahumi was the president of I-Link, a US based VoIP service provider. He joined I-Link after the acquisition of MiBridge, a VoIP software company he founded and managed. Mr. Nahumi was also a senior research engineer in AT&T Bell Labs where he developed voice and video compression technologies, including the speech coder selected as the standard for CDMA cellular in North America. Mr. Nahumi holds a BSC in electrical engineering from the Technion, Israel. |
