Drew Davis is a partner in Folger Levin & Kahn's San Francisco office. His practice involves complex commercial and employment litigation, in which he has gained significant trial and appellate experience. Mr. Davis is also chair of the firm's recruiting committee.
Representative Matters
Following a six-week bench trial, obtained decision in favor of entertainment lawyers sued for more than $20 million by former partners for breach of fiduciary duty and unfair competition.
Following a five-week jury trial, obtained judgment in favor of employer on wrongful termination claim, in which a high-level executive employee sought more than $65 million in damages. Case ultimately settled.
Successfully obtained summary judgment in favor of trustees on claims brought by trust beneficiary, who sought more than $75 million in damages.
Successfully obtained summary judgment in favor of clients on multi-million dollar claim arising out of negotiations for the sale of a Picasso painting.
Providing employment and labor counsel to various employers, including major non-profit and arts organizations.
