Drasko is an executive Director at Eureka. He has 10 years of legal and life sciences industry experience. His transactional experience includes acquisitions, divestitures, public and private equity, debt and strategic alliances. He has significant operating experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device and tissue engineering areas. Before joining Eureka, Drasko was General Counsel and Director of Business at Verigen AG, In-House Counsel at Visible Genetics Inc. and In-House Counsel and Director of Business Development at Hyal Pharmaceutical Corporation. He also has worked at the Toronto law offices of Stewart, Roper & Associates; and Fasken, Campbell Godfrey. Drasko received an M.B.A. from the University of Toronto, an LL. B. from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University and a B.Sc. (Honours) Biology from McMaster University. He is a Registered Securities Representative (Series 7 and 63) through the NASD. |
