Douglas Broyles has served on Peak's Board of Directors since May 1999. Since June 2000, Mr. Broyles has served as a general partner of Huntington Ventures, a venture capital firm. From 1996 to March 2000, Mr. Broyles served as president and chief executive officer of Avalon Data, a wireless data communications design and manufacturing company. Prior to that, he was a partner for ten years with Glenwood Management, a venture capital firm based in Menlo Park, California.
