Doug Hutcheson is responsible for overseeing the corporate and local business operations for the Company. A business strategist with more than 23 years of management experience Mr. Hutcheson developed the initial concept and led the core team that pioneered Cricket Leap’s innovative all-you-can-talk local wireless service.
Previously Mr. Hutcheson established and led the marketing and international operations group in the Wireless Infrastructure division at QUALCOMM Incorporated. At QUALCOMM in addition to directing the marketing efforts he led multiple teams negotiating equipment sales financing arrangements and joint ventures throughout the world. His work also included developing market research proposals pricing and contract development policies. Prior to QUALCOMM Mr. Hutcheson was with Solar Turbines Inc. from 1982 to 1991. While there Mr. Hutcheson held various positions including General Manager Technical Service Manager and Regional Customer Service and Operations Manager.
Mr. Hutcheson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo and an M.B.A. from the University of California Irvine where he graduated Beta Gamma Sigma. |
