Douglas S. Outsourcing and Teleservices Mr. Tripp has actively represented clients in a wide range of matters involving several hundred million dollars in contract value, including third-party billing, customer care, contact center services and outsourced HR/employee care service. Mr. Tripp has significant experience in negotiating and structuring agreements relating to customer care and information management technologies; licensing of both software and hardware; outsourcing; technology acquisition; software maintenance and support; and technology company/product acquisition. Noteworthy recent engagements include the representation of the outsourcer in (1) a transaction involving the outsourcing of human resources functions in the U.S. and several European countries for a Fortune 500 manufacturer of consumer products, and (2) a series of transactions under which several critical customer care, sales, and marketing functions were outsourced by a Fortune 100 financial services company. |
