Douglas O. Cagle, P.E. Vice President of Operations, MoBay Storage Hub, Inc. Doug Cagle is the Vice President for Operations and Facilities Development for MoBay Storage Hub, Inc. where he is responsible for managing the Company's production operations in the North Dauphin Island, Nortwest Dauphin Island and Northeast Petit Bois fields. Mr. Cagle’s 40 years of experience in the natural gas industry includes management of offshore drilling operations, well completions, production operations, engineering design, project management and field development. Prior to joining Falcon in 2002, Mr. Cagle served as an advisor from 1999 to 2001 to an international banking organization making large oil and gas loans in foreign markets. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Cagle served as the Operations Director for a project in Venezuela that reactivated a 715-well oil and gas field in 24 months. From 1992 to 1995 Mr. Cagle was the Senior Vice President and a principal in Olympic Oil and Gas, a developer and operator of oil and gas properties in Venezuela and India. From 1985 to 1991, Mr. Cagle was the Senior Vice President of Offshore Operations for Sandefer Offshore Operating Company where he managed field development, production operations, facility design and installation and was for responsible the production of 400,000 million cubic feet per day of natural gas, 15,000 barrels of condensate per day (BCPD) and 5,000 barrels of oil per day (BOPD) from 41 wells in the Gulf of Mexico Prior to his experience managing offshore operations for Sandefer, Mr. Cagle founded Cagle and Associates, Inc. in 1975, an engineering/project management firm concentrating primarily in the oil and natural gas industry with offices in Pascagoula, Mississippi and Lafayette, Louisiana. Mr. Cagle is a Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) and Certified Welding Inspector (C.W.I.) by the American Welding Society. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University and an M.S. in Industrial Management from Southern Methodist University.Mr. Cagle received an honorable discharge from the United States Army, having served with the 101st Airborne Division. |
