Douglas L. Moore is vice president and general manager of DuPont Advanced Coatings Systems. This group includes the DuPont Global Powder Coatings and Specialty Coatings Businesses.
Mr. Moore joined DuPont in 1969 in marketing with the Consumer Paint Division in Burlingame, Calif. He held various marketing and sales management positions in Portland, Ore., Wilmington, Del. and Seattle, Wash. Since 1983 Mr. Moore has held a number of integral positions in the Refinish and Automotive businesses. In 1989 he was appointed group manager for International Accounts and in 1991 he was appointed North American business manager for Automotive in Detroit, Mich.
In 1997 he became business manager Europe for Refinish in Mechelen, Belgium. He returned to Wilmington, Del., in 1999 and was named director of Refinish Americas. In 2003 Mr. Moore assumed his current position.
Mr. Moore is a native of Portland, Ore., and is a graduate of the University of Oregon and holds a bachelor's degree in science. |
