Douglas Kapnick is President of Kapnick and Company, a full service insurance broker with offices in Adrian, Ann Arbor and Southfield. Mr. Kapnick is Chairman of the Board as well as President and Chief Executive Officer of Pavilion Bancorp, Inc. Mr. Kapnick serves on the Executive Committee and the Compensation Committee of the Corporation. He also serves on the Loan Committee and the Executive Committee of the Bank of Lenawee. Mr. Kapnick serves on the Board of Trustees for Siena Heights University, is a Director of the Emma L. Bixby Medical Center Foundation, a Board member of the Greater Adrian Industrial Development Corporation, and a Board member of the Adrian Symphony. He is also a recipient of the Lenawee Maple Leaf Award. Mr. Kapnick resides in Adrian, Michigan. |
