Douglas J. Andrea former Co-President and a Director of the Company now serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Andrea is responsible for new product and technology development and production and technology integration which include the Company's patented microphone and earphone technologies as well as the Company's Digital Super Directional Array (DSDA®) technology. Mr. Andrea
oversees the intellectual property (IP) process with outside IP Counsel. Douglas Andrea has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design from Syracuse University. |
