Douglas E. Sharp has been president of the GP Strategies Corporation since February 2006 and president and director of the company's wholly owned subsidiary General Physics Corporation (GPC) since 2002. Mr. Sharp has a broad range of experience with GPC having worked in all of its market sectors during his tenure which began in 1981. Mr. Sharp who is a mechanical engineer previously served as a group president and then chief operating officer of GPC. Mr. Sharp holds professional engineering registrations and is a member of the American Society of Training and Development American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the American Institute of Chemical Engineers. He was also a director of GSE Systems Inc. from 2003 to 2006. |
