Mr. Allred retired from his position as Senior Vice President, Office of the President of Cisco Systems, Inc. in late 2002. Previously, Mr. Allred served as Cisco System's senior vice president of customer advocacy from 1991 until 2002, where he built up Cisco’s service business and led Cisco's IT and Internet Business Solutions Consulting groups from 1991 to 2000. Prior to joining Cisco, Mr. Allred was vice president of worldwide support for Oracle Corporation, served as CIO of a division of GE Credit (now GE Capital), and held senior systems and software development positions with Boeing and several other companies. Mr. Allred joined BearingPoint’s board of directors in January 2000. He also serves as a director of Saba Software Inc. (NASDAQ: SABAD), a software and Internet-based service provider company, and NextPage (a private startup), and sits on the advisory boards of Washington State University’s College of Engineering and Architecture, and the Rollins eBusiness Center at Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Business. |
