Doug joined QinetiQ in 2003 as Group Financial Controller with responsibility for all aspects of the Group's finances including tax, treasury and insurance. He spent the previous 8 years with Logica (now LogicaCMG), latterly as Finance Director, Continental Europe and for 6 years in Logica's US subsidiary variously holding the roles of Chief Financial Officer, EVP Telecoms Division and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Logica, he spent 12 years in Audit and Business Advisory Services roles with Price Waterhouse in the UK, Canada and Sweden. Doug took a leave of absence in 2000/2001 to take part in the BT Global Challenge round the world yacht race as a watch leader and helmsman on Logica. Doug has a degree in Geography and Management Sciences from Cambridge and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. |
