Doug Skierski concentrates on bankruptcy, commercial litigation and mediation. He has represented national banks, insurance companies, Chapter 7 and 11 Trustees and creditors committees with respect to a variety of bankruptcy issues, including litigation against former officers and directors. Mr. Skierski is also heavily involved in community and professional activities.
