Doug has been on the frontline of efforts at The Dwyer Group® to maximize the efficiency of its franchisees and improve internal and external customer satisfaction. Doug was named President of Mr. Appliance® in June 2006 and President of ZorWare (Z-Ware) in February 2007. Under his leadership, both companies are working together to bring the latest in handheld wireless technology to the service industry. Doug joined Mr. Appliance in March 2004 as Vice President of Operations and was later promoted to Chief Operating Officer in June 2005. Prior to joining The Dwyer Group, Doug spent 10 years with the Whirlpool Corporation. Doug has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northwestern College in St. Paul, Minn. |
