Doug McBurnie has been a member of the board of directors since November 2005. Mr. McBurnie is a retired executive with extensive semiconductor experience. Prior to his retirement, Mr. McBurnie served as Senior Vice President, Computer, Consumer & Network Products Group, at VLSI Technology. Before joining VLSI, Mr. McBurnie served in several capacities for National Semiconductor, most recently as Senior Vice President and General Manager of its Communications and Consumer Group. Prior to joining National Semiconductor, he held key executive positions at a number of Silicon Valley companies, including Xidex Corporation, Precision Monolithics, and Fairchild Semiconductor. Mr. McBurnie holds a B.A. degree from Baldwin Wallace College. |
