Doug Johnson has over 20 years of experience developing and executing sales, marketing and client development programs within professional service firms. His career highlights include proven leadership at Arthur Andersen and several other financial services and top-tier regional consulting firms. At Andersen he led numerous marketing and business development initiatives for practices, industry groups, offices and key client teams. He has a strong record of success helping firms achieve and exceed their revenue and profitability goals. Doug has held executive leadership positions and is experienced in directing strategic marketing and account planning programs, providing partner level training on account management and strategic selling skills and aligning go-to-market strategies with tactical execution. He has been involved in all aspects of the revenue generation process including strategy development, tactical execution, as well as building and managing marketing and business development teams. As the founder of Catapult Growth Partners he has spent the majority of his time over the past four years working with Am Law 50 firms, investment banks and private equity firms. Within the legal industry he has developed integrated business development programs as well as personally trained and coached hundreds of partners in their individual business development efforts. In all engagements his primary focus is helping clients obtain tangible ROI for their marketing, sales and business development investments and he has produced significant results for a number of firms. He has a B.A. in Economics from The Colorado College as well as advanced executive education in marketing and sales. |
