As General Counsel, Doug Haymore brings 13 years of business law experience to the Symbiot team. He earned his Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark School of Law at The Brigham Young University in 1993. As a business litigation attorney, Doug has lead the negotiations, drafting, review and litigation of small and multimillion dollar construction, management, license, business formation and dissolution, and employment matters. He has also taught Business Law and Negotiation courses. Prior to joining the Symbiot team as General Counsel, Doug was an in-house attorney at Farmers Insurance Exchange and he had served as the assistant to the Director of the Utah Division of Consumer Affairs where he drafted complex legislation and acted as an Administrative Law Judge for the Division's hearings regarding business practices.
