Doug established Dunhill Professional Search of Austin in 2001. Since then he has earned the CPC designation through NAPS, the national industry association. His prior experience includes 15 years with two "start-up" companies in the technology industry where he was Vice President and Officer responsible for Global Sales, Marketing and Customer Support. Each of these companies successfully completed an IPO and achieved market leadership positions with Doug's guidance and support. His earlier career was with Xerox, where he held various sales and management positions for 12 years. A native of Nova Scotia, Canada, Doug attended Saint Mary's University, where he earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree- Marketing and Finance in 1971. Doug and his wife, Charlene and their children, Jeff and Lisa moved to Texas in 1984. Doug enjoys all sports, especially golf
