Doug Hall is the Managing Principal for the Dallas office overseeing engagements in all practice areas and service lines. Doug has 12 years experience recruiting in the accounting and finance arena. He began his career as a financial analyst for Morgan Keegan. After a stint in mortgage banking, he was hired by Ajilon Finance formerly known as Accountants on Call and Accountants Executive Search. He was promoted to manager of the Dallas office where he consistently led the office to Top Ten status in a firm of over 120 offices. He also was awarded with the Top Trainer Award for the entire company. After starting Financial Additions, he grew the firm to be the premier accounting search and staffing firm in Dallas. A few of his current and former clients include Sprint, Cadbury, Nokia, Tenet Healthcare, Triad Hospitals, Perot Investments and various fast growing small firms. He has developed a reputation for attracting and training high quality recruiting talent and providing excellence in staffing and placement. He led Financial Additions until it was acquired by Carpathia in 2006. Doug has an MBA from Millsaps College, as well as a BBA in Finance from Abilene Christian University.
