Joining Cliff Sink in 1992 as a principal, Doug was elected as Managing Director. Previously, he spent many years as a Vice President at Kishbaugh Associates. Herb Kishbaugh was a senior member of Haley Associates a premier retained executive search firm out of the Seagram Building in New York City, NY, an executive search firm serving all types of markets, including technology companies. He was formerly the Chief Financial Officer for R.M. Bradley's Bradley Real Estate Investment Trust, (worlds longest continuous running REIT, traded over NASDAQ). He spent six years in public accounting, including terms with Pricewaterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand. He earned a CPA certification, after passing the exam first sitting.

Doug practices within the major line and staff functional disciplines with particular emphasis in high technology, software, telecommunications, financial services, and manufacturing. He has been retained by organizations of all sizes, from multinational Fortune 500 to that of venture capital funded emerging businesses. Selected engagements have included, CEO, President, Board of Directors, COO, CFO, CIO, CTO General Manager level to the middle level executives, (Vice President, Director, Senior Manager), including areas, as; sales, marketing, product line management, investor relations, engineering, tax, product development/management, human resources, manufacturing and quality control, materials management, systems integration and consultants.
