Dorothy is responsible for managing TurningPoint finance and contracts organization. Dorothy has over 20 years of business management experience with focus on finance and contracts management. Dorothy has worked in large organizations which provided services to both federal government and commercial sector clients. Prior to joining TurningPoint Dorothy was part of the management team at Parsons Consulting Group, which specialized in Telecommunications Expense management for both federal and commercial clients. Dorothy had a long career with IBM Corporation involving various management roles. Dorothy earned bachelor of arts degree in Psychology from University of Notre Dame, Master of Business Administration from University of Maryland, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). |
