Doron Zicher was appointed as the General Manager of I-SEC in 2005. Previously, Mr. Zicher served as VP Products and Technology of ICTS International N.V. Between 2000 and 2003, followed by approximately two years during which he filled several other managerial positions at teh company. Since 1988, Doron Zicher has also held the position of General Manager of Pro-Check International B.V., a fully-owned ICTS International N.V. subsidiary.
Mr. Zicher possesses over 20 years of experience in the field of aviation security, including the development of innovative security concepts, systems and technological solutions. He led the development of the technological APS system (Advanced Passenger Screening), which has won TSA/FAA approval, and is currently utilized by most major US airlines. In 1987, he established the company’s Training Department.
Prior to joining ICTS International N.V., Doron Zicher served for several years as a security officer at Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion International Airport and at El Al’s London Station, having joined El Al in 1984.
Mr. Zicher has been invited to lecture at numerous international forums, among them seminars run by the TSA/FAA in Europe and America. Mr. Zicher’s services were also requested by Dutch Ministry of Justice, and in 1994 he began consulting for the Ministry on aviation security issues. |
