Donna joined Mercy Health Plans in June of 1998 as Director of Human Resources. Prior to joining Mercy, Donna headed up the Human Resources Department for Mark Andy, Inc., a manufacturing company in Chesterfield, Missouri. From 1992 through 1996, she worked with Steptoe & Johnson, a law firm in Washington, D.C., as the manager of compensation and benefits. Prior to that time, she was with GTE (formerly Contel), as its Eastern Region's Human Resources Manager.
Donna holds a Masters of Human Resources Development from National Louis University. She is a certified compensation specialist with over 20 years experience in the human resources field. |
