Donna Custance Biography :

Donna Custance is VP of Marketing at CleverSet where she oversees the company's key marketing, branding and communications efforts. Donna, who most recently served as vice president of programming, production and marketing at Canadian online video company Travel Shop Television, has nearly 15 years experience directing the brand management and communications strategies of both Fortune 500 and startup companies. Donna will join ATG Marketing and apply her experience and expertise in Branding and Public Relations to help ensure that ATG, and it's various lines of business, are well postioned to be the recognized and applauded leader in e-commerce personalization. As VP of programming, production and marketing at Travel Shop Television, Custance was responsible for creation and management of all online video assets, as well as building brand awareness for this startup. Prior to Travel Shop Television, she served as VP and group account director at Arnold Worldwide in Toronto, where she led strategy, planning, creative development and media for multi-million accounts such as BMO Financial Group, Canadian Blood Services and Fidelity Investments. Donna also served as a senior partner at Ogilvy & Mather in New York, where she ran the Kodak Consumer Imaging account. As leader of this $150 million annual account, Custance was responsible for leading creative strategy, building strong relationships with Kodak executives, developing an annual integrated communications strategy, and ensuring global brand consistency. Custance also served as director of brand strategy for the Royal Bank of Canada's Financial Group, and was director of marketing communications for Rogers AT&T Wireless, where she served as a member of the AT&T co-brand implementation team and led all advertising, promotional and incentive supplier relationships. Donna started her career at advertising agencies where she managed accounts for Rogers Cantel, Panasonic and numerous pharmaceutical clients. She has a B.A. degree from the University of Guelph in Ontario and is certified by the Institute of Canadian Advertising.
