Donna Collins is senior vice president of client services and is focused on making Gartner a world class client service organization, an integral element of Gartner corporate strategy. Her primary focus will be to improve client retention by ensuring all clients are provided the best possible experiences in their interactions with Garnter.
Collins joins Gartner from Automatic Data Processing (ADP), where she held a number of leadership roles during her 20 year tenure. Most recently, she was senior vice president for service within ADP's Small Business Services segment, responsible for leading 2,500 associates in 32 service centers with the goal of providing world class service to more than 300,000 small business clients. In this role, Collins achieved record client and associate retention rates, which directly led to the company increasing revenue by 12 percent.
Prior to this role, Collins was division vice president of business engineering solutions for ADP's Major Accounts business segment, a $2 billion business, responsible for developing and implementing service initiatives to increase revenue and net operating income. In this role, she significantly improved every key metric within the service organization.
