Donna Bentley is Vice President of Human Resources. Donna is a graduate of the University of South Florida and has been with Knight Enterprises since 1990. Prior to Knight Enterprises, Donna held the position of controller for two manufacturing companies in the Pinellas County area. She received a PHR Certification from USF in 1997 and has been a member of SHRM since 1997. She has both a PSM and an ASM Certification from the Suncoast Safety Council, Inc., a member of the Florida Association of Safety Councils. She established the company’s EEO and Affirmative Action Policies, created the company’s personnel handbook, and is responsible for all human resource matters. Donna is also responsible for the supervision of safety and other related matters. |
