Donna M. Gantar has over 17 years of retained executive search experience across a broad range of industries and functions. Donna has recruited for senior executive positions in General Management, Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources. She has worked with organizations that range from start-up to Fortune 500.

Donna's industry experience includes Financial Services, Consumer and Industrial Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Telecommunications, and Business to Business and Consumer Service companies. She has completed well over 175 executive level search engagements during her career.

Donna previously worked with Howard Fischer Associates International, Inc., the largest retained search firm based in Philadelphia, and with Salveson Stetson Group. She also spent several years in industry with Reliance Insurance Company and the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine. She holds a BS in Business Administration from Shippensburg University. Donna is a Founding Member and former Treasurer of the Philadelphia Executive Search Roundtable.
