Donna J. Ross oversees Strategic and Program Planning, Fund Raising and Development, Government and Community Relations, Marketing and Communications for this billion dollar system. She has over 25 years experience in health care. Prior to joining Baystate, Ms. Ross served as a management consultant with several national health care consulting firms with a special focus on financially driven strategic planning. Ms. Ross earned her bachelor’s degree from University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and her master’s degree from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She is currently on the Board of Directors for the New England Society for Healthcare Strategy, the Pioneer Valley Life Science Institute, and the Partners for a Healthier Community. |
