Ms. Lee joined Xenonics, Inc. in November, 2003 and has been our Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer since December, 2003. Previously, she held the position of Director of Finance for International Lottery & Totalizator Systems, Inc., a publicly traded company, from July 2000 through November 2003. Ms. Lee’s previous experience also included positions with Vulcan Materials Company and The Dial Corp from 1983 to July 2000. Ms. Lee graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Accounting and an MBA. She received her CPA certificate in the state of Arizona |
