Donna B. Cohen joined Lodgian in September 2005 and was appointed Vice President and Controller in January 2007. Prior to that, Ms. Cohen was Vice President and Assistant Corporate Controller for Certegy Inc., where she served in positions of increasing responsibility in accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis from October 2001 through September 2005. Ms. Cohen also held managerial positions in financial reporting and analysis at other publicly traded companies, and served as an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP, a public accounting firm. Ms. Cohen is a Certified Public Accountant and is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. |
