Mr. Yarson has over 25 years experience of increasing responsibility in the biopharmaceutical industry. He has been a significant contributor to the emergence of three early stage biopharmaceutical companies in helping them to transition to successful, vertically integrated commercial organizations. Mr. Yarson currently is General Manager of the US Therapeutics Business Unit at Genzyme Corporation and is responsible for all aspects of this operation. Prior to joining Genzyme, Mr. Yarson was Senior Vice President Worldwide Sales, Marketing & Business Development with The Liposome Company. At Liposome he built the entire commercial infrastructure to a staff of over and significantly contributed to the Company's ability to achieve and maintain profitability. Mr. Yarson was President and Partner with TriGenix, Inc. a start up contract sales, marketing and reimbursement organization, and assisted in it's initial fund raising. He also has held various senior management positions in sales and marketing at Genentech as well sales positions with Ciba Geigy and Foster Medical.
