With twenty-five years experience in financial and operations management within public (SEC) and private companies, Mr. Leef commands proven expertise in corporate policy making and implementation. This includes the structuring of acquisitions, divestitures, and financing initiatives. He has previously held combined VP/CFO positions for a $200 million NASDAQ listed provider of environmental services, and a $100 million electronic and fiber optic cable manufacturer. Mr. Leef has also previously served on the New England Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. His MBA was awarded at St. John's University; his BA at the University of Pennsylvania. |
