Mr. Kerr has been a OmniUpdate board member since June 2001. He is a Senior Vice President with the Banking and Capital Markets Group of Booz Allen & Hamilton and a member of the firm's Board of Directors. Mr. Kerr has worked exclusively with financial services companies throughout the world for the past 15 years across a full array of retail, wholesale and capital markets businesses. Mr. Kerr has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Johns Hopkins University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.
