Donald Hamer is the Chairman of State of the Art, Inc., a manufacturer of sophistocated circuitry components for the world market. Prior to founding State of the Art, Inc., he was Chief Engineer and Corporate Research Director of Erie Technology Products. Hamer holds a B.S. in Ceramic Engineering from the University of Illinios, an MBA from the University of Chicago, and a B.S in Electric Engineering from Penn State. |
