Mr. Duffy’s relevant previous experiences include the position of Chief Financial Officer of Iolab Division of Johnson & Johnson from 1987 to 1992, J & J Ultrasound Division of Johnson & Johnson from 1986 to 1987 and Alpha Wire Corporation from 1984 to 1985. Prior to his positions as Chief Financial Officer, he was the Chief Information Services Officer for J & J Products Division of Johnson & Johnson from 1976 to 1984 and held various financial positions for Johnson & Johnson from 1962 to 1976. Mr. Duffy earned his MBA in management from Pace University in 1972 and his BS in Accounting from the University of South Dakota in 1958.
